I don't know how many of you know but Jordan and I are in the process of buying a new house. We are so excited about this house. We bought it at the auction and got an amazing deal on it. The only real problem with the house is that when the old owners moved out they took the kitchen with them. Oh I mean the WHOLE kitchen. We got the call today that all the papers were in and we needed to come in to sign. We were so excited. We get in there and as we are signing the paper work the escrow agent says that the deed has NOT been signed yet. Jordan and I were so sad. They are hoping to get the deed in Monday or Tuesday, but we aren't counting on it. The sooner we get in the keys the faster we can start fixing the kitchen. Other than the kitchen there are a few little things that need to be fixed also. We hope to have all of it done by the time the cabinets get in (10 days). I promised my sister that the house would be done by the time we left for New York, when she watches Rylan and Paislee. We are both so anxious to get in to the house.
