A WEEK ON THE BEACH

We had such a wonderful week playing on the Beach in Oceanside! 

Poor Axtan hated the beach and water at first, but by the end of the week we could not keep him out of the water.

 I hate skateboards/longboards but I could not keep my boys off Cody's board!

We had a few visitors on our patio, it was cute at first, then they got a little to aggressive for my comfort level.

 We made smores a few times and  Axtan sure loved the marshmallows

Our neighbor showed Rylan that if you pull up seaweed there was living starfish in them.  They were small but so cool!

Rylan got really good by the end of the week, he was going out further than I was comfortable!

 We were able to watch dolphin almost every day

 Portlynn had more fun in the water to clean our feet off than the ocean

SOCCER

 Rylan ended his soccer season on FIRE!!!  He has turned into a great soccer player.

RYLAN'S AWARDS

The 1st grade awards were today.  Rylan was given 3 different awards, one being the Principles Citizenship Award.

 

I can not thank Mrs. Carley enough, Rylan has improved so much in his reading and writing.  How luck Rylan was to have such an amazing teach that truly cared about him and his education.
