GRANDPA GEORGE

We were able to spend the weekend celebrating Grandpa George's birthday with my aunt and uncle from Louisiana. Friday we had a barbecue at my parents, were the kids played in the jumper and the adults talked all night. Saturday we went to breakfast and then spent most of the afternoon at the park. It isn't very often that we get to have this side of my family together. It was a wonderful weekend.

PAISLEE'S BIRTHDAY

For months now all Paislee has wanted was to go bowling for her birthday. We started the day playing at home, then head to Burger King for lunch. After lunch Paislee wanted to go to the park. We went to the park until it was time for Paislee to go shopping with Grandma Zip. We ended the night with some pizza and and cosmic bowling. Paislee said she had a wonderful BiRtHdAy!

~I love the way she lights up when anyone she loves walks in a room

AXTAN'S BLESSING

Today was such a wonderful day for our family. Jordan was able to bless our little Axtan. Not only was this the first time Jordan was able to bless one of our children but he was able to do so on his birthday. Jordan gave Axtan a beautiful blessing. It is so wonderful to have the priesthood in our home.

What a very lucky girl I am to have married such an amazing man. Jordan has got to be the hardest working person I know. He would do anything for his family and I can't thank him enough. I think my favorite thing about Jordan is how when he walks in the house from a very long day he still takes the time to play with his children.

AXTAN AT ONE MONTH

The first 3 weeks of Axtan's life were just wonderful. I never put him down. There is just something about knowing Axtan is my last baby. I want to saver every minute of this newborn stage. Week 4 Axtan started developing reflex. I have changed his formula in hopes that it will help. Currently Axtan is sleeping 5 to 6 hours at night and when he is awake he is such a happy boy. He is getting so much love from his sister and brother.
